Here are some traits, that you should have, if you want to be a really good leader.<\/p>\n

Strength<\/span> is the number one. But you can\u2019t mistake it with an impoliteness<\/span>. If you want to be powerful<\/span> and capable<\/span> leader, you need to be strong. Some people may think you are rude<\/span>, but if you know the right limit, you don\u2019t need to bother<\/span> with that.<\/p>\n

Kindness<\/span> is the thing, that the most people appreciate<\/span>. If you know how to kindly behave<\/span>, you don\u2019t need much more. If you need to say someone the unpleasant truth, they take it better when you show kindness.<\/p>\n

The good leader is always in the first row. If there is any problem you need to be the first, who face it. So let\u2019s be bold<\/span>, but not a bully<\/span>.<\/p>\n
