Teens are often advised to watch their drinks at party, because of fear someone lacing their drinks with drugs. But who would have thought, that company producing spirits could add drugs into their alcoholic drinks intentionally? Not some ordinary drugs, but Viagra and similar drugs. Two Chinese distillers are going to be investigated, because of this.

According to local officials, distilleries added to their alcohol Viagra and tadafil ,which is drug with similar effects like Viagra. On top of that they were advertising this alcohol has good effects on your health. Police said they found 5000 bottles and many packages of sildenafil (chemical name for Viagra). They estimate that the total haul is worth about 100.000.00 USD.

Local food and drug administration confirmed, that powder was added in three types of local spirit, called Baijiu. It is similar to vodka and it is the most popular drink in China.

This discovery is very disturbing for local food safety officials. Especially when according to doctors, recommended dosage of Viagra and alike drugs is one each day. And even less when used by people over the age of 65. These drugs have side effects like nausea, ringing in the ears, loss of vision and hearing and many more. This kind of medical cocktail is extremely unsettling.
