This article is about the many things to see and do in the southern state of Alabama. Included are the many attractions that makeup Alabama’s long history. Likewise we will look at the various topography around the state.

Alabama is bordered by the states; Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Located at the southern end of the Appalachian Mountain range the northern most part of the state is very rugged. Whereas, the south, along the Gulf of Mexico is very flat. The white sand beaches of Mobile are amazing. Most of the center of the state is called the “Black Belt”.
